How It Works: From Your First Call to the Job Done.

1. Ring (07) 4091 1209 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM) and describe what has happened. If you know the make, model, and year of the vehicle or machine, have that ready.

2. Give the location and access details, including the nearest town, the road name, property name, or paddock coordinates if you have them. This helps confirm whether the job is within the mobile service range.

3. A mobile-equipped service vehicle is dispatched from the Atherton workshop. The van carries diagnostic scan tools, common electrical components, and cable and termination gear for field repairs.

4. On arrival, the technician diagnoses the fault using professional equipment before touching anything. No guessing and no unnecessary part replacements.

5. Where the repair can be completed on-site, it is done. If a part needs to be sourced, the vehicle or machine is made safe, and a follow-up time is confirmed.

Mobile Call-Out Coverage Across the Tablelands.

Tableland Auto Electrics runs mobile call-outs across the Atherton Tablelands and the wider Far North Queensland region. Regular coverage includes Atherton, Mareeba, Malanda, Yungaburra, Tolga, and Walkamin. For jobs further out, ring the workshop and the team will let you know what is possible. Mobile availability is subject to scheduling, so the sooner you call, the better.

Mobile call-outs are scheduled Monday to Friday during business hours. Atherton and immediate surrounds are typically prioritised for same-day or next-day response depending on job load. Outer areas, including Mareeba and Malanda, are serviced on a scheduled run basis.
